haizz.... another gd collegue leaving.... another week time... a good manager is leaving..
since i joined this company... has been seeing many good pple leaving...
it really makes u wonder abt this company... do they really app hard work??? or only pple who suck up to them...
sometimes really stressed out at wk.. so many things to handle.... we like the salesperson PA.... everything also muz rem... but do they have the brains to tink hw many salesperson we have to handle??!!!!
super xianz.... the wkload and the pay seems nt to tally already... wat's more i have a boss who seems to tink tat leavin on the dot is a crime... HELLOOOO... if u are tired... no pt hanging on there and trying to do the wk.... if ur wk is completed for the day y stay one... crap rite???
at times we stayed back late.... but do the mangement sees it??? crappy boss....
also have to care wat we wear!!! in wkplace i understand.,... but when we go out for lunch also cannt remove cardigan... wah liao... sg so darn hot.... and for one ting we dun have walk in customers!!! so wat the hell muz cover up so much....!!!!
mayb time to move on nx yr.... but also dunoe which direction to go liao... more xianzz... thot can stay here for a longer period... hate to keep changing jobs once a yr.
